Meet the Team

Meet Rupert, Minnie & Frank! Our new Rogers of Brock office doggies. All enjoy long days at the office giving our customers a warm welcome with lots of cuddles. They also enjoy Pedigree schmako treats ;) 

The newest member to the team! Portia has had years of experience in customer service, and always looks forward to meeting and helping our valued customers. She single-handedly runs the administration and accounts department and enjoys taking the new resident puppies (Rupert, Minnie & Frank) on long walks.    

Ryan joined Rogers of Brock back in 2015 and is a real asset to the team. After 9 years of service and his utmost attention to customer service & dedication to the company, I have now promoted Ryan to the shiny glass sales office as one of our small team of dedicated sales executives. With a wealth of knowledge he is always on hand to help you choose your perfect next car. Ryan initially joined Rogers of Brock as a young lad washing cars, to then advising customers on a weekend and also taking photos amongst a plethora of other jobs! It's always given me great pleasure to see youngsters rise through the ranks, so well done Ryan you deserve it. In his spare time Ryan loves tinkering with VW Caddy vans and spending time with his partner and young son

I have been that impressed with Lewis' energy for life and infectious personality there was no option for me but to drag him out of the dark depths of the valeting bay into the shiny glass sales office. Lewis will always meet you with a smile, help you all he can in choosing a new car & guarantee to leave you with a smile on your face on your way home! With his partner being Italian Lewis also loves to visit Bologne to meet her family as much as possible so don't be surprised if you get greeted with "Ciao Bella" "The team joker and Mr Happy, Lewis has been involved with valeting cars for Rogers of Brock for over 7 years on a freelance basis but was finally convinced to join the team full time in March 2022. Working in the purpose-built valeting bay Lewis has a keen eye for detail and takes great pride in turning out cars valeted to the highest possible standards. Outside of work Lewis is a keen football fan and a hot shot pool player for the local team."

Wow what can I say? Fast forward to May 2024 & I am now the new owner of the site!! Hardly new to be honest, I have worked here since being a teenager! Following Peter (the owner since 1982 along with my late father) announced his retirement I was left faced looking for a new job, but then actually realised I couldn't bear locking the office door for the last time! So here I am and my team of staff, still offering the same customer care ethos and looking forward to helping you choose your next car! I would also like to thank Peter & Sarah for this amazing opportunity & their continued support and ongoing friendship This was my previous "biography" Chris originally worked for Rogers of Brock as a teenager valeting cars and serving petrol way back in the 1980s. Since then, he has worked for a number of different new car franchises when Rogers of Brock was part of a larger group, his last position was running a busy Honda and Skoda dealership in Preston. Chris rejoined the team at here Rogers of Brock in 2006 bringing over 30 years retail experience with him. Out of work Chris is a keen boxing and water polo fan.

Following Peter's retirement Max is unfortunately no longer our top sales Dog. Whilst I am still lucky enough to see Max on a regular basis, sadly he has now retired from the office. However watch this space!! We now have 4 new resident gorgeous Chihuahau's  ~ Rupert & Minnie as our new office dogs along with the puppies Frank & Paloma! Free cuddles with the puppies for all customers who buy a new car from us.

After almost 20 years assisting Peter (her father) running the business and Peter's retirement decision, Sarah has now chosen to step down from being the backbone of the company & spend more time with her 2 young sons and obviously Max the family dog, whilst also working alongside her husband in their busy construction company. However I am blessed that Sarah is still willing to offer her valuable time to me on a part time ad hoc basis, ensuring our accounts are up to date & offering training where necessary. I regularly enjoy a good meal and a few drinks with Sarah & her husband & it is always a pleasure to see her smile when she walks through the office door

After being the owner of Rogers of Brock since 1982 Peter has finally hung up his keys & decided to retire from the business. Peter founded Rogers of Brock in 1982 with Michael, my late father and thoroughly deserves his long awaited retirement. However as my new landlord Peter is always there for any advice on a regular basis, having such a wealth of knowledge & still assists me sourcing quality cars from his numerous main agent contacts. Always welcome to pop in for a brew, which Peter does on a regular basis to be honest ~ always welcome as long as he pays for the milk!!
